What payment methods are available for purchasing credits?
You can purchase credits or subscribe using the following supported payment methods. Please note that availability may vary depending on your country and selected plan.
For pay-as-you-go plans:
All users can pay via PayPal, Credit Card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
For subscription plans:
Users in the U.S.: PayPal and Credit Card are supported.
Users outside the U.S.: Credit Card only.
How long are credits valid after purchase?
Credits purchased through the pay-as-you-go plan do not expire. Purchased credits can only be used for Methena services. They are non-transferable and hold no cash value.
For subscription plans, the unlimited credit benefits are only valid for the duration of the selected package.
How can I check how many credits I have left or when my plan expires?
You can view your remaining credits and plan expiration date by visiting your Account Dashboard. Both your plan and credit balance will be displayed there.
Are there any discounts for purchasing larger credit packages?
Yes! For individual users, you can save by purchasing larger credit options or by choosing a Subscription Plan for even greater value. If you’re an institution interested in custom plans for consultation, please contact us directly at info@methena.com.
Do I need to use credits to review previous reports?
Yes, viewing reports on Methena requires credits. Each time you generate a report for a school, the system processes the latest data to ensure accurate and up-to-date results. Generating one school report will use one credit. We recommend downloading your report after each generation to keep a copy for future reference.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time and get a refund for unused time?
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Account Dashboard under Profile by clicking Cancel Subscription. Once the plan is canceled, you won’t be charged for the next renewal, but the current subscription is non-refundable and will remain active until the end of the term.
If I cancel my subscription, do I still have access to my credits?
Yes, you will retain access to your unlimited credits until the end of your current subscription period.
